I have always felt this to be a very useful service

My only concern would be to have a private discussion before the official meeting, which would only take about 10mins.
As this time, I wanted to express my worries re [name removed]'s diet, as he was diagnosed with type2 dietibetis, his support worker was there but I'm afraid he is enormous, and I would have felt embarrassed talking about weight etc. Also felt that the support worker who is very nice spent most of his time making notes on his phone re the meeting.

The clinicians were professional and experienced. They were very kind and compassionate and very helpful in my assessment and care plan.The admin staff was also very efficient. I am very grateful for the outstanding service I received from everyone.
